The Board of Directors of Europris ASA (the "Board") has decided to propose to
the Annual General Meeting an ordinary dividend for 2016 of NOK 1.50 per share.
In addition, to celebrate the company's 25th year anniversary in 2017, the Board
proposes to pay an extraordinary anniversary dividend of NOK 0.50 per share. In
total, the proposed dividend is NOK 2.00 per share.

Date of approval: 23 May 2017
The dividend will take the form of a repayment of paid-in capital to the
company's shareholders. It will therefore not be considered a dividend
distribution from a Norwegian tax perspective.
