Fredrikstad, 21 February 2017: Europris (OSE: EPR) today signed a long term
lease for a new head office to be built in Fredrikstad, and completed in 2019.
Completion of the new building corresponds well with the expiry of the lease for
the group's current head office, in 2019.
The group expects no material impact on lease expenses as a result of the new
contract.
- We are excited to have secured a solid platform for further growth, initially
through our new central warehouse in Moss, and now through an efficient new
office building that facilitates a continued attractive working environment for
our current and future employees, says CEO Pål Wibe.
Terje Høili AS will be the group's lessor, and responsible for construction of
the new head office. The office which will be located in a purpose built
building on Dikeveien 57 in Fredrikstad.
