Europris has appointed Kristine Frøberg as Director of HR and Organisational Development

Fredrikstad, 4. December 2017: Europris (OSE: EPR) has appointed Kristine
Frøberg as Director of HR and Organisational Development. She will take up her
new role on 1st January 2018.

"Kristine is already a highly valued member of the Europris team, says CEO Pål
Wibe. I am delighted to appoint an internal candidate to this important role,
and to see our own talent rise to take on new challenges. Kristine's promotion
will allow Petter Wilskow, for whom HR has been one of his several areas of
responsibility, to focus on the fields of corporate social responsibility (CSR)
and legal matters. We welcome Kristine as a key member of the senior management
team as of next year."
