On 21 February 2020, P & A Invest AS has sold 150,000 shares in Europris ASA at
an average share price of NOK 35.70 per share. P & A Invest AS is 100 per cent
owned by Pål Christian Andersen, VP Supply Chain and primary insider in Europris
ASA.
Following this transaction, P & A Invest AS will own 116,667 shares in Europris
ASA.
