Reference is made to Europris' earlier announcement of CEO Pål Wibe's
resignation to become the CEO of XXL ASA.
By agreement with the board of directors, Wibe will step down as CEO of Europris
on 1 April 2020.
The boards work to find Wibe´s replacement is well underway.
