NTS ASA – Mandatory notification of pledge of shares

In connection with the financing of a mandatory offer made by NTS ASA ("NTS") in accordance with chapter 6 of the Securities Trading Act, NTS has pledged 62,269,112 shares in Frøy ASA, corresponding to the total number of shares in Frøy ASA held by NTS, to the benefit of Nordea Bank Apb, filial i Norge.

NTS is considered a company that is a close associate of board member and primary insider of Frøy ASA, Harry Bøe.

This notification has been submitted pursuant to the Securities Trading Act § 5-12 and MAR Article 19 no. 3.
