Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares in Frøy ASA to trading on Oslo Børs.
The Oslo Børs resolved to grant an exemption from the requirements regarding three years' history, cf. the Rule Book II for Oslo Børs section 3.1.3.2, cf. Section 3.1.3.1. The exemption is granted due to the fact that the activity has existed, however in other juridical units. It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading must satisfy the other admission to trading requirements on Oslo Børs.
The president and CEO of Oslo Børs determines the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 21 May 2021
