GC RIEBER SHIPPING ASA - MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting in GC Rieber Shipping ASA was held today 13 April
2010 at 14.00 hrs (CET) in Skipsbyggerhallen, Solheimsgaten 11, 5058 Bergen.

A total of 85.15 % of the share capital and voting rights was represented.

All items on the agenda dated 19 March 2010 were addressed and approved by the
general meeting, including dividend payment. The shares are traded ex. dividend
from 14 April 2010. Dividend will be paid out on 30 April 2010.
