The Annual General Meeting in GC Rieber Shipping ASA was held today 11 April
2016 at 14.00 hrs (CET) in Skipsbyggerhallen, Solheimsgaten 11, 5058 Bergen.

A total of 91.8 % of the share capital and voting rights was represented.

All items on the agenda dated 18 March 2016 were addressed and approved by the
general meeting.
