The Annual General Meeting in GC Rieber Shipping ASA was held today 20 April
2017 at 14.00 hrs (CET) in Skipsbyggerhallen, Solheimsgaten 11, 5058 Bergen.

A total of 89.5 % of the share capital and voting rights was represented.

All items on the agenda dated 30 March 2017 were addressed and approved by the
general meeting.
