Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement 2 September 2019, where it was announced that the lawsuit from 17 former employees of GC Rieber Crewing AS against two subsidiaries of GC Rieber Shipping ASA had been dismissed by the Gulating Court of Appeal. The claimants have now appealed the decision to the Supreme Court.
