Reference is made to the stock exchange notices on 8 January 2020 regarding the
completion of the strategic vessel transaction and long-term marine acquisition
service agreement between Shearwater GeoServices Holding AS ("Shearwater") and
CGG, and on 5 November 2020, where it was announced that Shearwater had agreed
to suspend the marine streamer technology partnership negotiations with CGG S.A.
(CGG).
Shearwater and CGG have jointly agreed to settle a vendor note related to the
transaction by issuing new Shearwater shares to CGG in accordance with the
agreement signed in January 2020.
Following the share issue GC Rieber Shipping's ownership in Shearwater will be
17.0%
