Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Gigante Salmon AS (the “Company”) on 15 November 2023 regarding the successful completion of a subsequent offering of 840,445 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 7.2 per share (the “Subsequent Offering”).

The following primary insiders and close associates were allocated shares in the Subsequent Offering:

Rune Johansen, CFO, was allocated 5,000 new shares in the Subsequent Offering. Following completion of the Subsequent Offering, Rune Johansen will own 40,000 shares, equal to approximately 0.03% ownership in the Company.

Nord-Norsk Eiendom AS, a company controlled by Rune Johansen, CFO in the Company, was allocated 35,000 new shares in the Subsequent Offering. Following completion of the Subsequent Offering, Nord-Norsk Eiendom AS will own 310,000 shares, equal to approximately 0.23% ownership in the Company. Thus, Rune Johansen will directly and indirectly control 350,000 shares in the Company, equal to approximately 0.26% ownership in the Company.

Kristin Ingebrigtsen, board member in the Company, was allocated 2,763 new shares in the Subsequent Offering. Following completion of the Subsequent Offering, Kristin Ingebrigtsen will own 17,763 shares, equal to approximately 0.01% ownership in the Company.
