Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Gigante Salmon AS (the "Company") published on 10 July 2024 regarding the final result of a subsequent offering of 2,473,951 new shares in the Company raising gross proceeds of approx. NOK 16.1 million (the "Subsequent Offering").
The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the Company's registered share capital is NOK 171,263,594.00 divided into 171,263,594 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1 and carrying one vote in the Company's general meeting.
