Reference is made to the stock exchange release on 3 December 2021 regarding
Gjensidige Forsikring ASA's agreement to acquire Falck RSA Nordic & Baltics.
The transaction has been approved by the relevant authorities and is completed
today, in accordance with the terms of the agreement entered into between the
parties in December 2021.
