The Norwegian Financial Services Authority (FSA) has approved Gjensidige
Forsikring ASA's application to pay dividends of NOK 5,000 million (NOK 10.00
per share) to its shareholders, based on the profit for the 2024 financial year,
in accordance with the proposal from the Board.
The Annual General Meeting on 20 March 2025 will decide on the dividends.
