Transfer of shares from board member to wholly owned investment company

Board member of Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (ticker: GEOS-ME), Martin Muff, has transferred 66,000 shares in the company from his private holding to his wholly owned investment company AGO Holding Aps. AGO Holding Aps holds a total of 94,987 shares in the company post transfer.
