Under the GEOS-ME stock option programme, a total of 116,666 stock options were exercised within the due date of the second subscription period expiring on 30 June 2019. The stock options were exercised at a strike price of NOK 4.3 per share. The following have exercised stock-options in GEOS-ME:
CEO and member of the board of directors Per Ivar Fagervoll has exercised 50,000 stock options. Following delivery of the shares, Fagervoll will hold 586,666 shares and has outstanding 266,668 stock options. In addition Fagervoll also indirectly owns 1.13% of the Company through his ownership in Golden Energy Offshore Management AS. Chairman of the board Sten Gustafson exercised 66,666 stock options. Following the subscription, Gustafson will hold 66,666 shares and has outstanding 66,668 stock options.
The aggregate total outstanding stock options for exercise in 2020, being the third and final period for exercise, are 933,348.
