Golden Energy Offshore Services AS: New share capital registered
Ålesund, 9 July 2020: Golden Energy Offshore Services (ticker: GEOS-ME) (the “Company”) refers to the notice made 27 June 2020 announcing the successful private placement, whereby 10,257,890 new shares (the “New Shares”) were subscribed for at a subscription price of NOK 1.00 per share.
The share capital increase pertaining to the New Shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). Following the registration, the registered share capital of the Company is NOK 45,673,762.00 divided into 45,673,762 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00 and each share carrying one vote.
