Reference is made for the summons published 5 July 2022 to an extraordinary general meeting of Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (the Company) to be held on 13 July 2022 (the EGM).
Please see attached the agreed form warrant agreement to be entered into with Oaktree Maritime & Transportation Fund, L.P. (or its nominee) subject to the warrants proposed to be dealt with at the EGM being issued (both the issuance of warrants and entering into the warrant agreement being requirements for the completion of the financing of the Company).
