Ålesund 15 July 2022:
Reference is made to Golden Energy Offshore Services AS’ (the “Company”) notice from 22 June 2022 where it was communicated that the Company had reached an agreement with the yard ROC for the payment of (i) a down-payment of USD 2,000,000 per vessel within 28 July 2022 and (ii) the balance payment within 15 July 2022.
The down-payment was made on time in accordance with the agreement with ROC. Further, the Company has now, to align the payment obligation with the financing process of the Company, reached an understanding with ROC that the balance payment shall be made at the latest on 22 July 2022.
The Company will in due course give further update on the status of the financing in accordance with its reporting obligations.
