Golden Energy Offshore Services (ticker: GEOS) (the “Company”) refers to the notice made 8 August 2022 announcing the issuance of a total of 2,600,000 new shares to the board of directors (the “New Shares”) at a subscription price of NOK 1 per share, giving a total share consideration of NOK 2,600,000.
The share capital increase pertaining to the New Shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret) with effect as of 10 September 2022.
Following the registration, the registered share capital of the Company is NOK 53,773,762.00 divided into 53,773,762 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00 and each share carrying one vote.
