Energy Scout AS, a subsidiary of Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (the “Company”), has today entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (the “MoA”) for the sale of the PSV Energy Scout. The MoA is expected to be completed in the 1st Quarter of 2023. The sales price was USD 6,450,000, which is expected to improve the liquidity of the Company.
