Reference is made to the notice 21 August 2023(and the following correction today).
The share capital increase pertaining to the remaining 8,000,000 of the total 61,773,761 new shares (as announced first on 9 August 2023) has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret) with effect as of today.
Following the registration, all 61,773,761 new shares have been registered and the registered share capital of the Company is NOK 115,547,523 divided into 115,547,523 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00 and each share carrying one vote.
