Reference is made to the reverse share split in Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA as resolved by the Company’s annual general meeting on 16 May 2024.
To facilitate sufficient number of shares for the reverse share split, Per Ivar Fagervoll, CEO, has provided 185 of existing shares for this purpose (without compensation).
