Rita Granlund, member of the Board of Directors of Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA (the “Company”) has on 25 November 2024 acquired 10,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 18 per share, through her close associate Defined Experience AS. Following the transaction, Rita Granlund and her close associates hold a total of 10,000 shares in the Company.
