The board of directors of Gram Car Carriers ASA ("GCC") calls for the annual
general meeting to be held on Thursday, 12 May 2022 at 11:00 CEST.
The notice of the general meeting, including the proposed agenda, is attached to
this stock exchange notice and will be sent to GCC's shareholders with known
addresses. The recommendations by the nomination committee and the annual
financial statements for 2021 are also attached hereto.
The annual general meeting will be held as a digital meeting only via

As set out in item 6 in the attached notice, the board of directors of GCC
proposes the distribution of an extraordinary dividend in the amount of the NOK
equivalent of approximately USD 0.036 per share, in total USD 1,040,000, to be
based on an interim balance sheet as per 31 March 2022. A separate stock
exchange notice with key information on the proposed dividend will be published
shortly.
Shareholders who are receiving the paper version of the notice of the general
