Hansson Myklebust has today purchased 1,000 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA at a
price of NOK 210.00 per share. Following the transaction, Ivar Hansson Myklebust
owns, together with consolidated parties, a total of 40,000 shares in Gram Car
Carriers ASA, equal to approximately 0.1% of the company's share capital, of
which 4,000 shares are owned directly.
