Green Minerals AS - Grant of warrants under incentive scheme

Green Minerals AS (The Company) has awarded 100,000 warrants under the Company`s incentive scheme to Maxime Lesage, Chief Engineer, with a strike price of NOK 28 per share. The warrants may be exercised after three years of service to the Company. Following this, Mr Lesage owns 100,000 warrants in the Company.
