Havila Shipping ASA : Mandatory Notification of Trade

CFO Arne Johan Dale has on behalf of related parties purchased a nominal value
of NOK 0.5 million of bonds in Havi 08 at a rate of 107.75. Further sold a
nominal value of NOK 0.5 million of bonds in Havi05 at a rate of 101.45. Total
of Havila Shipping bonds is unchanged at a nominal value of NOK 4.5 million,
bonds owned by related parties included.
