Havila Shipping ASA : Mandatory Notification of trade

Finance manager Helen Kvalsund Vike has purchased a nominal value of NOK 1
million of bonds in HAVI08 at a rate of 105.40 and redeemed NOK 1 million of
bonds in HAVI05 at par value. Total of Havila Shipping bonds are unchanged at a
nominal value of NOK 5 million.
