the summon for a bondholder meeting I HAVI08 on the 24 November 2016.

The Issuer has been informed that the scheduled bondholder meeting in HAVI08 on
the 24 November 2016 has been withdrawn.

Copy of the withdrawal notice is enclosed hereto.
