Havila Shipping ASA : Financial Calendar - postponement of release of 2015 preliminary accounts

Reference is made to Stock Exchange Announcement regarding insufficient support
from bond owners to the Restructuring proposal.

The company needs more time to prepare the Preliminary Annual accounts and the
company therefore postpone the release of the numbers until 29 February 2016.
