Havila Shipping ASA: Major Shareholding Notification

Garantiinstituttet for eksportkreditt («GIEK») has today, Tuesday 28 February,
converted interest and guarantee commission in Havila Shipping ASA (the
"company") and become the owner of 73 537 702  shares in the company.
GIEK now holds 73 537 702 shares in the company, equivalent to 6.09 per cent. of
the share capital and voting rights in the company
