Havila Shipping ASA: Implementation of the restructuring approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 4 January 2017

The restructuring of the company will subject to final documentation be
implemented on Tuesday 28 February 2017.
Terms for the repair issue and timeline for the execution will be released after
the implementation of the restructuring.
