Havila Shipping ASA: Listing of shares following repair issue

Reference is made to Stock Exchange release on 22.03.2017 regarding Repair Issue
and Conversion of shareholder loan.

As per today, 31.03.2017, a total of 489,402,809 new share will be listed at
Oslo
Stock Exchange as a result of completion of the transactons.
The number of listed shares increases from 1,277,153,041 to 1,766,555,850
shares, each at par value of NOK 0.01.
