Havila Shipping ASA: Notification of large shareholdings

In connection with conversion of debt to shares, Sparebank 1 SMN has exercised
warrants and received 540,552 new shares in Havila Shipping ASA.
After this Sparebank 1 SMN holds 1,176,203 shares corresponding to 5,32% of the
share capital of the Company.
