Hexagon Composites ASA : Mandatory notification of trade

Jack Schimenti, Managing Director of Hexagon Lincoln and primary insider, has
today bought 22,300 shares in Hexagon Composites ASA at the average price of NOK
21.60 per share. This transaction is a mandated part of the Group's incentive
scheme for the executive management.

After the transaction Jack Schimenti holds 60, 341 shares in the company.
