Dionysos AS, a Norwegian company 100% owned by Jon Erik Engeset, CEO of Hexagon
Composites ASA and primary insider, has today bought 70,000 shares in Hexagon
Composites ASA at NOK 27.60 per share, from its 100% subsidiary Ariadne AS.

Jon Erik Engeset's direct and indirect holding of shares is unchanged after this
transaction (420,867 shares and 300,000 options).
