Hexagon Agility to deliver fuel systems for new fleet of CNG buses in Dallas, Texas

26 June 2025: Hexagon Agility, a business of Hexagon Composites, has received an
order from GILLIG, a leading North American manufacturer of heavy-duty transit
buses, to deliver compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel systems for 476 new buses in
Dallas, TX, USA.

With over 30 million passenger trips taken on Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART)
every year, this fleet modernization effort will help DART continue to meet the
evolving needs of its riders with safer, cleaner, and more efficient public
transport. Passengers can expect to see the new buses on North Texas routes by
spring of 2026, prior to the region serving as host to the FIFA World Cup.

"These CNG buses exemplify GILLIG's dedication to delivering safe, reliable, and
cost-effective transit solutions that empower communities and enhance the
passenger experience," said Bill Fay, VP, Sales, at GILLIG. "We value our long
-standing partnership with Hexagon Agility and are proud to collaborate on this
important project to modernize Dallas' transit fleet."

"We're proud to continue our collaboration with GILLIG in delivering industry
-leading CNG fuel systems for transit fleets," said Ian MacDonald, Head of Fuel
Systems at Hexagon Agility. "As cities like Dallas invest in upgrading their
transit systems, CNG stands out as a proven long-term solution because it cuts
emissions, lowers fuel and maintenance costs, and improves fleet reliability."

About the market

Across North America, transit agencies are accelerating the shift away from
diesel to cleaner, more cost-effective, and reliable fuel solutions. Compressed
natural gas (CNG) buses offer substantial reductions in nitrogen oxides,
particulate matter, and greenhouse gas emissions, while also lowering fuel and
maintenance costs. With proven performance in major cities like Los Angeles,
Albuquerque and Cleveland, CNG buses reduce emissions, improve reliability, and
lower operating costs - demonstrating the fuel's value as a long-term
alternative to replace diesel in modern transit systems.

Timing

Deliveries of the CNG fuel systems are scheduled to start in the third quarter
of 2025.
