sec. 21 para. 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG) of the following:
The percentage of the voting rights of UBS AG in RWE AG has fallen below
the threshold of 3% on 22 April 2014 and amounts to 1.36 % of the voting
rights (7803967 voting rights) on that day. UBS AG holds 0.97% of the
voting rights (5551950 voting rights) directly; 0.39 % of the voting rights
(2252017 voting rights) are attributable to UBS AG pursuant to sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG
