Oslo, 4 May 2026: Höegh Autoliners ASA ("Höegh Autoliners" or the "Company", ticker code: "HAUTO) hereby gives notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will be held on 27 May 2026 at 13:00 hours CEST as a virtual meeting. Attached is the notice of the meeting in English, together with the attendance form, advance vote, and proxy forms.
The meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting only, accessible online via Lumi AGM. All shareholders will be able to participate in the meeting, vote and ask questions from smartphones, tablets or desktop devices. No pre-registration is needed for attending online, but attendees must be logged in before the meeting starts. Deadline for registration of advance votes and proxies is 22 May 2026 at 16:00 CEST.
