Hofseth Biocare ASA : Proxies to vote for 54,44% of the shares at EGM

The board in Hofseth BioCare has received proxies to vote for 32 177 735 shares
corresponding to 41,5% of total shares outstanding at the company's
extraordinary general meeting 2 May 2014.

CFO Øystein Omvik in Hofseth BioCare has received proxies to vote for 6 182 997
shares, corresponding to 7,97 % of total shares outstanding, at the company's
extraordinary general meeting 2 May 2014.

Roger Hofseth has received proxies to vote for 3 850 000 shares, corresponding
to 4,97 % of total shares outstanding, at the company's extraordinary general
meeting 2 May 2014.
