Horisont Energi AS herby publishes the Financial Statements for the year 2020. Please see attachment to this notification.
The profit before income taxes is a loss of 13.6 MNOK. Net profit after tax is a loss of 4.4 MNOK. The income tax of 9.1 MNOK refers to calculated tax credits due to the company’s activity related to offshore studies and application work for a gas prospect as feedstock for blue ammonia (Barents Blue project). This activity was discontinued in 2020. Horisont has from 4q 2020 focused on developing its clean ammonia and CCS business as described in the admission document and in other communications.
