The company has today 13 January 2022 received a notice from Anne Marie Skjæveland, closely associated with board member Rolf Magne Larsen, of a sale of 4,000 shares in Horisont Energy AS.
Note that this notification replaces the previous Mandatory notification of trade of 100,000 shares which was not correct.
