Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Huddlestock
Fintech AS ("Huddlestock" or the "Company") on 26 September 2024 regarding the
successful completion of a private placement and the announcement on 4 October
2024 regarding the extraordinary general meeting held in the Company on the same
date in which the issuance of the warrants in the private placement was
approved.
The issuance of 23,593,166 warrants, each with a strike price of NOK 0.60, has
now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (the
"NRBE") (Norwegian: Foretaksregisteret).
