The Company's 1Q 2011 investor presentations will take place in Oslo on
Thursday, 28 April 2011 and in Stavanger on Friday, 29 April 2011.

The investor presentation in Oslo will take place at Hotel Continental
on Thursday, 28 April 2011 at 11:00 - 12:30. Light lunch will be served.
The investor presentation in Stavanger will take place at Badger
Explorer ASA's office at Hinna Park, Jåttåvågveien 7, Building C, 5th
floor on Friday, 29 April 2011 at 09:00 - 10:30.

The presentations will be given by CEO Kjell Erik Drevdal and CFO Gunnar
Dolven.
