The Company's 2Q/1H 2011 investor presentations will take place in Oslo
on Wednesday, 24 August 2011 and in Stavanger on Thursday, 25 August
2011.

he investor presentation in Oslo will take place at Hotel Continental on
Wednesday, 24 August 2011 at 11:00 - 12:30. Light lunch will be served.
The investor presentation in Stavanger will take place at Badger
Explorer ASA's new premises at Forusskogen 1, 4033 Stavanger on
Thursday, 25 August 2011 at 09:00 - 10:30.

The presentations will be given by CEO Kjell Erik Drevdal and CFO Gunnar
Dolven.
