The Company's 3Q 2011 investor presentations will take place in Oslo on
Wednesday, 26 October 2011 and in Stavanger on Thursday, 27 October
2011.

The investor presentation in Oslo will take place at Hotel Continental
on Wednesday, 26 October 2011 at 11:00 - 12:30. Light lunch will be
served. The investor presentation in Stavanger will take place at Badger
Explorer ASA's premises at Forusskogen 1, 4033 Stavanger on Thursday, 27
October 2011 at 09:00 - 10:30.

The presentations will be given by CEO David Blacklaw and CFO Gunnar
Dolven.
