Mandatory notification of trade

Arne Fredly, board member of Hunter Group ASA, has today bought 190,926 shares in Hunter Group ASA to a price of NOK 3.20 per share through his wholly owned company Apollo Asset Limited. After this purchase, Apollo Asset Ltd. owns 100,123,237 shares which constitutes 26.01 % of the outstanding shares in Hunter Group ASA.
